SPECIAL MAP POLICY EXCEPTIONS 

 

In order to alleviate overstock of past season styles and to help retailers move old merchandise to make room for current and future season styles, we have compiled a list of styles that will be under an exceptionally lower MAP policy separate from our Holiday and standard MAP. 

As of 7/5/2022, in an effort to help retailers clear move inventory for the upcoming seasons, we have made permanent exceptions to the following:
*All Shorts from SS22 season may be priced as low as $29 indefinitely EXCEPT for the following styles: 15205, 15228, 15207
*Capris from SS22 and previous seasons may be indefinitely priced as low as:
   - Basic Capris (no distressing): $35
   - Novely Capris (with distressing): $38
 
As of 8/31/2021, ALL shorts styles from SS'21 and previous seasons may be priced as low as $20 indefinitely EXCEPT for the following styles:
* Style# 15205
* Style# 15228
* Style# 15207

 

We have indefinitely reduced MAP (Minimum advertised price) for these specific styles to provide an option for our boutiques to boost sales during the holidays:
* Style# 88146 in colors: OLIVE and Wine - $29.99 all year
* Style# 82191 - $39.99 normal price and $35 during holiday MAP schedule
* Style# 82167 - $39.99 normal price and $35 during holiday MAP schedule
